Retrofitting Renewables in Heritage Buildings

A CLA breakfast seminar sponsored by Baystar and Savills focusing on the energy considerations and challenges of adapting heritage buildings to be fit for the future.

The UK has the highest percentage of pre-1919 houses in Europe, but we also have tough carbon reduction targets for 2050. This seminar will look at how heritage buildings can be adapted to be fit for the future, through greater energy efficiency and renewable energy generation, including examples of Baystar’s recent National Trust projects at Mottisfont and Polesden Lacey.
