The Grand Hotel is a 19th century five star luxury hotel in Eastbourne which has been thoroughly modernised to meet the demands of the 21st century.
Baystar were asked to carry out heating equipment replacement works at The Grand with a view to providing on-going maintenance going forward, and have since secured the Hard Facilities Management contract.
Baystar is responsible for maintaining the luxury environment of the hotel to ensure that guests have a seamless stay with no disruptions. Their team of dedicated engineers provide a 24/7 service to support the hotel’s requirements.
By ensuring familiarity with the hotel, its staff and its equipment, Baystar is able to maintain the plant equipment to the highest possible standard and suggest ways to improve energy and cost efficiency.
