Our dedicated team of engineers provide service and maintenance to a variety of installations including:

  • Solar PV

We are able to maintain and service not only those installed by Baystar but all other installations too.

Regular servicing and maintenance ensures that your installation is operating in the most efficient manner, both from a cost and carbon perspective.


We offer competitive 36 month Service & Maintenance packages. Contracted clients will benefit from our service level agreement, ensuring that your equipment will be attended to within agreed response times.

If the commitment of a Service & Maintenance package is too much, we are also able to provide an ad hoc service, however this would be on a quoted hourly rate and a response time cannot be guaranteed.

There is never an appropriate time for your heating system to stop working, and we appreciate that being without hearing or hot water can be very stressful.

For our clients, we operate an emergency callout service that enables us to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients who have a Service & Maintenance contract with us will receive priority response.

Our professional engineers will provide help and advice where possible over the phone, and where necessary will attend site to make safe or carry out emergency repairs.
